The Siberian plains are located in North Asia , exactly within the territories of the Russian Federation. Mainly, its physical environment is characterized by a very cold climate and presents rivers with a large channel such as the Yenisei, Obi and Lena rivers.

Central deserts

The predominant climate in these desert territories is dry, that is, during the summer the heat is very intense and during the winter the climate is very cold . As for the rainfall in this Asian area, they are quite scarce. The scarcity of rain influences the small number of rivers present and the little flow that they contain, such as the Sir Daria and the Amu Daria. In the central deserts of Asia, despite the scarcity of water, there are also crops of millet, wheat, barley and cotton, and there are oil exploitations of the Republics of Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
